This is perhaps the file Agent Booker of the FBI would have on Phantom.
ok... so this dossier is MUCH larger than the first one. I'm not sure if I've ever done something with so many different stock photos in one place. I spent a lot of time on this but had a lot of fun. I spent nearly 20 minuts trying to decide on fonts for Booker's and Phantom's hand writing. One of these days I want to make a hard copy of Phantom's file, I think it would be nice to help with writer's block. A HUGE thank you to all those people who put stock up of all kinds here on DA!
